EULA - End User License Agreement

goScreen - virtual multi-page monitor manager

This License Agreement is a legal agreement between YOU (either an individual or a single entity) and Andrei Gourianov (referred as "I" in this document) - the sole author of goScreen (referred as "Product").

1.
I retain all title, copyright, and other intellectual property rights in this Product.
I do not impose any restrictions whatsoever on possible use of the Product.
I refuse any liability for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to the use of, or inability to use the Product.

2.
YOU MAY:
- make an unlimited number of copies of the Product,
- freely distribute the Product by any means,
- install and use the full-featured Product for one month on an unlimited number of computers,
- use EXPIRED Product - with a limited functionality - indefinitely.

YOU MAY NOT:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product,
- alter any of the files included in the Product distribution package.

3.
Once the trial period is over, in order to be able to use the full-featured Product, you MUST purchase a usage license - that is, "register" the Product.
The registration gives you the right to continue to use the full-featured Product AS IS indefinitely.
The Product is licensed, not sold to you.

4.
Single PERSONAL license key issued to an individual may be used ONLY by the person to whom it has been issued on an unlimited number of computers.

Single PERSONAL license key issued to a company may be used on several computers in such a way that only ONE person uses it at any given time.

Single CORPORATE license key may be used by a NUMBER of people on a NUMBER of computers - the specific number is to be defined in a purchase agreement.

NONE of the license keys may be resold, published by any means, or transferred from one individual or entity to another.

5.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, under any applicable enactment or rule of law, such illegality, invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remainder of this Agreement, and the Parties shall in good faith attempt to substitute a legal and valid provision which achieves to the nearest extent possible the same effect.
